Yes, you will need a computer and ideally a headset for the listening comprehension section. You do not need a webcam.

The test is taken online, preferably on a computer, independently and without any cheating.

You can take the test multiple times. However, you will need to purchase the test again each time you want to retake it.

By clicking on the test link in your email, you will be redirected to the test’s home page, where you will find the instructions and a form to fill in with the first name, last name, and email of the candidate taking the test. ⚠️ Warning: once the test is started (after entering the information and clicking the “start the test” button), you will have 60 minutes to complete it.

Yes. If you have not taken the test purchased by mistake, simply request a refund by email. We will immediately cancel the payment. Please allow about 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.

The test is 100% online.

The ETHS test is structured as follows: Reading part 1: fill-in-the-blank texts in multiple-choice format Reading part 2: matching texts with their meanings Reading part 3: reading comprehension in multiple-choice format Listening part 1: listening comprehension in multiple-choice format Listening part 2: listening comprehension in multiple-choice format The test is built around a healthcare-related theme but does not require any technical knowledge of medical professions.

The ETHS English test is an English proficiency assessment scored from 0 to 100. It follows the CEFR standards (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages), known in French as CECRL (Cadre Européen Commun de Référence pour les Langues).

As soon as you receive the email containing the link to access your test, you can choose to take it whenever you wish. Note that once the test has started, you have 60 minutes to complete it.

Immediately! As soon as you validate the end of your test or when the 60 minutes expire, you will be redirected to a results page showing your score and allowing you to print your certificate, share it on social media, or add your level to your LinkedIn profile.

You have up to 24 hours before the start of the coaching session to cancel or reschedule it free of charge.

To book a coaching session, click on “book a coaching session” in the menu bar, then select the coaching option you prefer. You will then be able to choose from various time slots on a calendar and select the one that suits you.
